	Russ Bond Ontario, Canada This is Russ's ICE Racing RX7.   In Canada , RX-7's are fast becoming the car of choice for Ice Racing. The first year Russ won the rubber to ice class, winning 11 of 12 races.  Last year he built a gsl-se for the studded group, ran good until it got smacked by a 3.0 litre ford pickup
