Mark's RX3 and RX4
| Hello my name is Mark Mckellar, i'm from Wollongong NSW just south of Sydney. Modified rotaries are pretty big here and i'v owned a couple myself, thought id send a couple of pics of them, first is my porsche red rx4 coupe with a 13B bridgeport built by a bloke from here that used to race RX7's named Peter Mcleod. He races V8 supercars now infact won Bathurst in 87 with Brocky. Anyway that car was stolen bout 5 yr ago so i got hold of an Rx3 form his mechanic, it had a Cosmo 12AT in it so I tricked it up with front mounted cooler, extra inj. in the top hat.....all the usual stuff ya know..haha.....well i just recently put a Series IV 13b in it with a new toyota box, new blow off valve, tuned twin pipe turbo manifold, cage, new paint...basically everything...ive just run it in and boy does it go harder than the 12AT...especially at 18psi...Well I just came across your page at the webring....i joined up my site and saw yours.....i must say its a very impressive site and the Cosmo is a weapon..Thought you could put some pics up of my cars....If you do could you mention Kevin Web at South Coast Rotary Performance..he is a guru in this area and has done heaps of mods for me...thanks!
